Michael D Kerr - Michael studied at Dundee University gaining his Law Degree in 1979 and became a fully practising Solicitor in 1981. Michael is the Managing Partner of the Firm and has expertise in all areas of business liaising with client, associates, accounting and administrative staff.
Martin Y Kerr – Martin studied at Dundee University and gained his Law Degree in 1982 becoming a fully practising Solicitor in 1985 . Martin has vast experience in all areas of the law but specialises in purchases and re-mortgages, perfection of securities, sales, arrears, repossessions and oversees the Court Department within the firm.
Yvonne G Burnham – Yvonne qualified from Strathclyde University in 2000 becoming a fully practising Solicitor in 2003. She heads up the Trust and Executry side of the business and has gained a vast knowledge in all areas of Trust and Executry work. She also assists in company acquisitions and is an Associate within the Firm and a dedicated member of the McClure and Partner Team.
Lisa S Glass – Lisa qualified from Edinburgh University in 1989 and became a practicing Solicitor in 1991. Lisa heads up our Court Department and is an Associate within the firm. She is highly motivated and experienced in her chosen area of Law.
